Acqualina's 54 guest rooms and 43 suites are havens of elegance and comfort. Resort Dining
The resort offers an elegant restaurant, Aaria, which serves the best of Mediterranean Coastal cuisine for lunch and dinner with indoor and outdoor dining overlooking the ocean. The restaurant's elegant breakfast and lunch service changes by night to a lively hors d'oeuvres menu in a Mediterranean ambiance, making it the perfect place for cocktails and appetizers or a full dinner. Guests can also enjoy delicious gourmet fare at the beach bar and restaurant, Costa Grill, open for lunch daily and for dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The resort's bar offers signature cocktails and sumptuous hors d'oeuvres. 24-hour in-room dining is also available.

Acqualina's talented executive chef, Ted Peters, is a Rosewood Resort alumnus having gained tenure at both The Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, Texas and Caneel Bay in St. John, USVI before joining the Acqualina team. Prior to that, he honed his culinary brilliance at Preston's Restaurant at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. Peters' previous experience includes the Ritz-Carlton's Café 4750 in Amelia Island, Florida; The Savoy Hotel in London, England; Auberge de l'Abbaye in Beaumont En Auge, France; and the Ritz-Carlton in Boston, Massachusetts.

Acqualina is also pleased to feature New York City's most acclaimed Italian restaurant, Il Mulino New York. Renowned for its bustling and energetic atmosphere, market fresh daily specials, extensive selection of fine Italian wines and an impeccably polished wait staff, the new Il Mulino New York restaurant is open daily for dinner and continues its tradition of preparing authentic cuisine from Italy's Abruzzi region.

Banquets & Meetings
Four oceanfront meeting rooms offer guests a perfect setting for small meetings ranging in size from 10 to 40 persons and parties for up to 130 persons. Meeting rooms are equipped for high-speed Internet access, individual sound systems and temperature control. Acqualina's tented lawn areas can accommodate weddings and other special occasions for up to 200 persons for a reception and 130 persons for a sit-down dinner with dance floor and entertainment.
